Hours, Session, and Payment Info

Hours:

Office hours are 9:30 – 5:00, Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays.

Length of Sessions:

Therapy sessions are based on a 50-minute “hour.”

Individual therapy is usually one 50-minute session, but can be a session and a half (75 minutes) or longer.
Couples therapy is best done for a double session (100 minutes) or a  session and a half (75 minutes) but can be a single session long once therapy has progressed.

Fees and Payment:

My fee for each 50 minute session is $160.  An initial evaluation session is $225.  Payment is due at the start of each session, in cash or a check—no credit cards.
A double session (100 minutes), the beginning format for couples, is $320; session and a half (75 minutes) is $240.

Individual Therapy: I will bill some insurance plans (see below).  Payment in full, or your co-pay if you have insurance, is due at the start of each session.
Couples Therapy: I do not bill insurance for couples therapy.  Payment in full is required at the start of each session.  If you wish to submit a statement to your insurance company for reimbursement that will be up to you—call me for more information.

Insurance:

I am a preferred provider or on the plans for:  Premera Blue Cross and some of the Regence Blue Shield plans.

I will bill other plans that pay for  “Any Licensed Psychologist”—call for more information.
