From the Freeway:
Take I-5 to Exit 176: 175th Street
Turn West from off-ramp onto 175th
Take 175th to Aurora Ave N. (Highway 99)
Turn North (Right) onto Aurora
Approaching the next light at 185th are TWO Left-turn lanes: get into the one on the Right
Make left turn BETWEEN Prosser Piano and Subway Sandwiches
18532 Firlands Way is on the right; park in front of or behind building
Walk up ramp to the main level; my office is on the left
From Edmonds:
Take Highway 104 to Aurora Ave N. (Highway 99)
Turn South (Right) onto Aurora
At the light at 185th make a SHARP left
Turn BETWEEN Prosser Piano and Subway Sandwiches

When you arrive…
Walk up ramp to the main level; my office is on the left. You will see my name on the door. Come on in to the waiting room. There will be a clipboard(s) on a chair in the waiting room with paperwork for you to fill out. There will be one if you’re coming alone, or two if you’re coming with a partner. Please fill out and read all the paperwork. Plan to come at least 20 minutes before your appointment time to fill everything out.
